About our linen
We use 100% linen fabric that carries the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. For the last 8 years, we have worked closely with a small European family business from whom we source our linen. In our Cornish studios, we use a traditional artisan printing technique to hand print our designs onto the linen fabric using water based inks. The print, once dry, is then fixed using a heat process, allowing the linen to be fully washable. It is then sewn into products by our team of clever makers.
These bowl covers are perfect. They are well made (unlike previous ones I have purchased elsewhere) and easy to wash. I really like the lovely blue colour I chose. Definitely money well spent in my quest to rid the world of cling film!
So lovely to hear Penny and great to know that it has got rid of the need to use cling film :)
Great item. I use to cover the bowl when proving bread dough. Great to have a larger size to cover my mixing bowl.
I had originally bought the small bowl covers and was using them all the time so decided to buy the larger ones too. They do not disappoint! I shall be using them a lot outside, over the summer (if it ever arrives!).
Given as a present and she’s delighted with it , although hubby mistook it for a shower cap
