Postage & Delivery
*DAILY UPDATE* Helen is in the studio and sending orders out daily. Our makers are working from home and keeping up good stock levels of all products. Thank you for your continued custom and support, it means so much to us all during these strange and difficult times. Please follow the guidance below for postage. If you would like a special message included in your order, please let us know and we will add that for you. We will continue to update this message on a regular basis.
Once you have placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible and send it to you within 3-5 working days (often much sooner). We post using Royal Mail for smaller items and a next day courier service for bigger items such as lampshades, cushions and larger orders. UK orders below £25 will be charged at a flat rate of £3.95. Orders over £25 are delivered FREE of charge. When there is an offer in place for free postage, this will be sent using 2nd class Royal Mail. We ship worldwide - to Europe, the USA and as far away as Australia! We try to keep postage and packing costs to a minimum and offer a speedy and efficient service.

We wrap our orders in strong brown paper or pack in cardboard boxes (wherever possible, we reuse packaging). We avoid the use of plastics and any bubble wrap that you find in your order has been recycled from deliveries we have received from others.
