Duck Egg Blue Linen Fabric 150cm
This beautiful Duck Egg Blue Linen fabric is part of our curated Linen Collection. It is perfect for curtains and cushions, light upholstery, quilting, clothing and smaller sewing projects.
This is the highest quality, European linen, it washes really well and is a joy to sew with. It folds and hems easily without too much ironing, lays flat and is a dream to pattern cut from. We use it in the studio for all of our products and we love working with it. It’s also perfect for printing on; Lino cuts, block printing, potato prints and screen printing too if you fancy getting creative and adding your own designs.
The linen will continue to soften over time and is very hard wearing. It is part of our curated linen collection and an item that we always have in stock.

I bought a metre of linen to make my own bread bags as at the moment I can’t justify the expense of buying the beautiful ready-made bread bags. I made two already, over a wet Sunday afternoon to meet the immediate need and will make another two in the future with the rest of the linen.

I haven’t used it yet- I’v been too ill. Plus. I sent you an email asking if I should wash it before cutting out and making, and how to wash. I have not yet had a reply. The colour was darker than expected.
I bought a metre of this to make a linen beach towel and it was brilliant. Much much better than previous linen towels I have bought. It's wonderfully light for travelling but dries super fast on the beach & round the pool. Can't recommend enough.

I sent an email saying that I would like to order several metres of this fabric. Helen called me almost immediately, even though she was away on holiday, offered practical advice and got the whole process sorted out in no time. I haven’t see the fabric yet, as it has gone directly to my curtain maker, but I am confident that it will be as lovely as Helen!
