Crafted with precision and designed for passionate bakers, our Floral Oval Banneton Cover in duck egg blue linen is the perfect companion for your sourdough proving process.  It also makes a great reusable bowl cover for any oval dish or casserole, decorated with our garden design.

Natural Breathability: Made from high-quality linen fabric, this lovely linen cover protects the contents of the banneton or bowl.  It allows for optimal airflow during the proving phase, creating the ideal environment for your sourdough to rise naturally.

Versatile Design: Designed for convenience, our Oval Linen Banneton Cover fits seamlessly over your banneton basket or oval bowl, providing a snug and secure fit. The elastic edging allows for easy application and removal of the cover. It will fit the following banneton sizes:

  • 30 x 16.5 x 10cm  (± 0.5cm) Measured at the top
  • 25.5 x 14.5 x 8 cm  (± 1cm) Measured at the top
  • 23.5 x 14.5 x 8 cm  (± 1cm) Measured at the top

The Story Behind The Collection

The Garden Collection is inspired by the natural beauty of a traditional English country garden. The designs feature hand-drawn illustrations of the plants and flowers Helen grows in her own garden in Cornwall.The collection focuses on some of her favourite blooms, including: Alliums and Agapanthus: Structural plants that thrive in the Cornish climate. Cottage Classics: Timeless favourites like Hollyhocks, Lupins, and British Bluebells. Each design is hand-printed in our Cornwall studio. The collection is all about bringing the quiet, simple pleasure of the garden indoors to be enjoyed every day.
