The story behind The Quayside Collection:- this design is inspired by Cornish fishing heritage and this fish tea towel features a silvery shoal. Once the scene of a busy pilchard industry, fish were stored and preserved in ‘Pilchard Palaces’. The remains of these palaces can be seen on the rocky shorelines in villages near Helen’s shop and studio. You can read more about the local villages of The Rame Peninsula and their history here.
