Postage & Delivery
General Shipping Information
Once you have placed your order, we will process it as quickly as possible.
We wrap our orders in strong brown paper or pack in cardboard boxes (wherever possible, we reuse packaging). We do not buy any new plastic packaging and any bubble wrap that you find in your order has been recycled from deliveries we have received from others.
A Click and Collect Service is available if you are nearby - visit our shop and studio to collect your order PL10 1LA
We post using Royal Mail 2nd Class for smaller items and a courier service (Expess Delivery) for larger items such as lampshades, cushions and larger orders.
Our Express and Next Day Delivery orders are picked up once a day. Orders made before 10am will be sent the same day. Orders after 10am are despatched the next working day.

*Please note that we do not currently ship to the EU. Our delivery charges do not include any locally applied taxes, import duty or VAT that may be levied by your country (this applies to orders sent outside of the UK. Fees are dependable on the value of the product and any costs are the responsibility of the customer.
** US Delivery excludes lampshades and cushions
UK FREE Delivery - When there is an offer in place for free delivery, this will be sent using 2nd class Royal Mail.
