Creativity In Cornwall

As well as our beautiful beaches, great restaurants, clotted cream and pasties, Cornwall is full of creatives! The County became a hub for the arts in the nineteenth century and the area now has an inherent tradition of artists. Think St Ives, with its amazing light, its big skies and once home to the likes of Barbara Hepworth and Ben Nicolson. Travel up the coast from Penzance, to Falmouth, Fowey, Polperro, Looe, Seaton and Downderry until you reach Cornwall's Forgotten Corner - The Rame Peninsula home to Kingsand and Cawsand. This very special part of the region is where I live and work....never short of beautiful walks, Country Parks, beaches and, close enough to Plymouth to dip into theatre and film should you feel like it. Over the last year, I have been lucky enough to work with Cultivator and Cornwall365 both of whom have helped to put us on the map. Support from business advisors and fellow creatives has been invaluable in helping us to grow in an area where there are plenty of challenges to overcome! We are really pleased to feature in this lovely video reminding you that there is always something interesting to do in Cornwall, 365 days of the year!
