About the Birdsong Collection - Living in Cornwall, we are very lucky to be surrounded by the sounds of such a variety of birdsong. As a child, Helen says her Dad used to take her into nearby woodland and listen to the sounds of the birds, teaching her to identify their very unique songs. You can often hear the 'tap, tap tap' of the Stone Chat calling on the nearby cliffs and here at Mount Edgcumbe, where Helen's shop and studio is located, there is a local owl who has to lot to say for itself!! If you'd like to learn to identify some British bird songs this is a great place to start.
